EYH series 2D mixer

(1) Working principle:

The drum of the EYH two-dimensional mixer can move in two directions simultaneously, one is the rotation of the drum, and the other is the swing of the drum with the swing frame. The mixed material rotates, flips, and mixes inside the drum, while also undergoing back and forth mixing motion with the swinging of the drum. Under the combined action of these two motions, the material is fully mixed in a short period of time. This machine is widely used for mixing powder and granular materials.

(2) Structural characteristics

The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three parts: the rotary drum, the swing frame, and the frame. The drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two gear wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two transmission wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum; The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing rod mechanisms, which are mounted on the frame. The swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing components.
